- Who could be a Hopa instructor?
You will be a suitable Hopa instructor if you are energetic and have healthy lifestyles, and you live in a smaller community with 250 to 25 000 people. You could also live in a bigger city if you have motivation to drive to smaller areas to provide Hopa workouts for extra cash.
- How can I become a Hopa instructor?
At first, you need to apply for the Hopa instructor training. Then we will send you instructor manuals and you can start learning.In order to become certified Hopa instructor, you must complete four levels. First three levels are theory-based, online training and final level is practical training in person. After completing each level, you will earn points called hopas. You will become Hopa instructor if you have completed all four levels and earned 500 hopas.
- What does the Hopa instructor licence include?
The Hopa licence includes access to Hopa Mini platform which includes the bookings and details about your earnings. In addition, the licence includes pre-prepared training programmes with music. We will help you create location-based Facebook group and support you with advertising materials. We will permit you to use Hopa Fit branding and the know-how to start providing the workouts in your areas as effectively as possible.
- What are the expectations for becoming an instructor?
We believe that everyone can be taught the right skills but not the right attitude. This is why we are looking for only positive, happy and friendly people to take part in Hopa instructor training.
- Should I have previous coaching or trainer experience?
You don’t need previous experience as a coach or fitness instructor. However, you should have passion for sport and healthy lifestyle.
- What should I bring to the practical day?
You should turn up in fitness attire and bring a water bottle and change of clothing. You can also grab some protein bars and snacks.
- How do Hopa workouts look like?
Hopa workouts are intensive workouts for the whole body where first half is more fast-speed and focuses on improving the aerobic resistance and, and second half is more of a relaxed strength exercising.
- What happens if I don’t pass the training exam?
If you don’t pass the instructor training exam then you have an option to complete it again within two months, where you would need to upload one workout that you have provided to friends. If this workout meets the expectations then we will count the repeated exam as completed and you can start providing workouts.
- How do you pay the instructors?
All bookings for Hopa workouts are confirmed via our platform. Hopa Fit takes 20% service change from each booking. If your workout per client costs €5 then you will receive €4 and Hopa gets €1. For example, if your workout brings together 10 attendees where everyone pays €5 for workout then you will earn €40.
- When could I start providing Hopa workouts?
You can start providing the workouts as soon as you have completed the instructor training completely and received the certificate.
- Where could I give the Hopa workouts?
You can provide Hopa workouts anywhere that has the suitable free space for it. It could be local authority centre, community hall, school hall or similar.
- How long is the Hopa instructor licence valid for?
The Hopa instructor licence expires when 6 months has passed from your last workout provided via Hopa platform. If you continue providing workouts on Hopa platform then your licence will continue to be valid.
